Yes. We review the current site, access and requirements before defining whether the work is a focused update, a redesign or a new build.
Do we need to choose the technology first?
No. Start with your audience, required features and existing tools. We assess architecture during discovery and explain the practical trade-offs.
Who owns the website and accounts?
Your domain, business accounts and data remain under your control. Project ownership, licences, access and handover are agreed before work begins.
Can you combine development and content?
Yes. Website, content and workflow work can be combined in a defined scope. We specify the deliverables and responsibilities for each part.
How do you use AI?
We use AI-assisted tools where useful for research, content, design, development and workflow functionality. Our team reviews and tests the work and remains responsible for delivery.
